A reservation is not an immediate order for delivery. It reserves your place in line and confirms your interest in becoming one of our first customers.

• You can request a refund by emailing us. No questions, no forms, no friction.
• Once your Kyvo has shipped, the reservation is applied to your purchase and is covered by our standard return policy.

Kyvo is currently in active development. We share estimated launch windows with our community, but these dates are indicative and may change.

Manufacturing, certification, quality testing, software development and supply chain factors can all affect the final delivery timeline. As a Founding Member you'll receive regular updates throughout every stage.

Kyvo will keep improving between now and launch. Product specifications may evolve to make the final product better, including:

• Software improvements
• Design refinements
• New AI features
• Battery improvements
• Changes based on customer feedback

• Final retail pricing may differ from any preliminary estimates shared during development.

Kyvo provides wellness insights only. It is designed to help pet parents notice subtle changes early and stay informed about their pet's daily patterns.

• Kyvo does not replace professional veterinary advice, examination or treatment.
• Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any concerns about your pet's health.

With your permission, Kyvo may collect the following information from your pet's collar:

• Activity
• Heart rate
• Pulse
• Temperature
• Stress indicators
• Sleep
• GPS location
• Wellness insights

This information is used to power your Kyvo experience and generate personalised wellness insights. You own your pet's data and can export or delete it at any time.

Kyvo is designed to support pet wellness awareness. It should not be relied upon as the sole basis for healthcare decisions for your pet.

Kyvo is not responsible for outcomes resulting from delayed or missed veterinary care. If you notice a concerning change, please consult a licensed veterinarian.

As Kyvo evolves, we may update these terms to reflect improvements to the product or clarifications to how our reservation program works. Where appropriate, we'll notify Founding Members of material changes before your Kyvo ships.
